The hearing for the restraining order the carrier filed against the unions, to try and prevent a strike is tomorrow, that is the email from president Ferguson previously posted, I will update as soon as I get new information.

We were told the carrier will be testing extremely heavy mainly on the remote desk side, from what I was told is they have tasked the Rfe desk to pull 20-30 remote downloads a week off of each of there territory’s!!
