Clovis 21 – Add 2 new total 34
Clovis 51- no change
Amarillo 51- Add 4 new total 90
Clovis 22- Add 2
Clovis 52- no change
Amarillo 53- Add 5 – 4 Clovis 1 ama
With some of the carriers changes due to covid, If you receive an investigation notice, the carrier has been adding another page for you to sign for discipline, I highly encourage everyone that receives one of these to talk to your local chairperson before just signing!!!
