Weekly board adjustments for the week of 6/28/21
Clovis 21- add 2
Clovis 51- no change
Amarillo 51- no change
Clovis 22- add 2
Clovis 52- no change

Starting 2 days ago the carrier decided for Friday’s Saturday’s and Sunday at 1400 on these days the next 12 crews after 1400 would go to the overflow lodging regardless of how many rooms the regular hotel has, this weekend they failed to secure the proper amount room at the first overflow location which is the old holiday inn across the street they assured me they have the proper rooms reserved starting this coming weekend, there reasoning for the inconvenience is the hotel can not keep up with the weekends and causing room waits we are combating the issue yesterday they had 39 rooms available when they started there moving.
