Gentlemen,

To better allow the mechanical department the time needed to sanitize locomotives in Belen without getting in their way we are asking that the outbound crew wait until the last fuel hose is removed from the consist prior to boarding. This will allow the laborers time to spray the sanitizer in the cab and on all the touch points. The car department will still be boarding to do their work and we just ask that TYE crews allow them the space needed to do their job (get up out of the seat if needed.) I think 99.9% of the team already does this and does a great job at it just want to put a process in place so we can all do our jobs.
